By sending a report on this website, you agree to these terms.

Not for emergencies

For emergencies, call 911. For a water main break after hours, call 555-0199. Reports here are not watched around the clock.

Reporting

• Describe the problem honestly and as accurately as you can.
• Do not send threats, harassment, or other people's private information that the city does not need.
• Only send photos you have the right to share. You allow the city to use them to handle your report.
• The city may remove reports that break these terms.

What a report is not

Sending a report does not guarantee that the city will act, or act by a certain time. It is not a legal notice, claim or complaint. Maple Falls decides how and when to respond.

The service

We provide this website as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be available. Cities that use Munitown do so under their own agreement with us.
